At Toomah Wines quality is assured by making wines with  the least amount of handling so that we can allow the best of the fruit flavour to shine through.

Using the gentlest crushing and pressing, and aging only in the highest quality French oak barriques, wines of exceptional elegance and low aggressiveness have been created.

We grow it, make it, drink it and sell it...and love it!

Toomah Wines Sauvignon Blanc 2003          $ 25

Made from very low yielding vines (about one tonne to the acre), which gives it an intensity that can be rare but highly valued in a  Sauvignon Blanc. It displays big tropical fruit characters and a zesty acidity, while having the body and structure that appeals to many inveterate red wine drinkers.
